We have a limited number of each fly-off-the-shelf item featured online and because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, because you are VIPs in our eyes, we will issue you a store credit via email ASAP! If the right size in the right style is available, you can email us back at shopterlinguatrunk@gmail.com and snag it with your email store credit!

At Terlingua Trunk, we want your shopping experience to be absolutely perfect! We hope you love each item you order, but if not, we are here to make your return process "hassle free! Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you received a defective item, received incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order so we can get this taken care of for you!
Overview of our return policy:
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- An item is eligible for return only if it is:
- unworn, unwashed, unaltered and has the original tags still attached.
- free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
- received within 7 days of the ship date.
If your return does not meet all of the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
- ALL JEWELRY SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for return.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Be sure to fill out and include your return form in the box with your return.
- Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
To return an item:
All we need you to do is mail / hand deliver your package with the original receipt and the item you are returning. We’ll take it from there! Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or mishandled in the return process. You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.
Once we receive your return, we will unpack it and put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Even though they’re the fastest returns gals we’ve ever seen, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your gift card to be issued via email.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order. If you would like to change the size of an item, feel free to contact us via e-mail at shopterlinguatrunk@gmail.com or by phone at 325-650-3260.

Please take care when opening your packages as we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur once your goodies leave our store. Rest assured that we inspect all merchandise before it is shipped.
****Please also note that any STORE-WIDE SALES are FINAL SALES as we are trying to move merchandise to make room for new items! Keep this in mind while purchasing during our sales. We will not accept any returns from store-wide sale events.****
